These Easy Healthy Holiday Appetizers will be a festive addition to any party spread. Not only do they look amazing, but they are also delish!!!
I LOVE appetizers, especially during the holidays. Today, I have a round-up of all of my faves! They are all made with whole ingredients, are super easy to put together, and of course, taste AMAZING! Just click on the pic to go right to the recipe.
Homemade Christmas Tree Pull-Apart Bread
You may have seen Christmas tree pull-apart bread appetizers on Pinterest. They are typically made with store-bought pizza dough that contains refined wheat and oils, and other unwanted additives. Since we aren’t about those ingredients here at SGM, I used my bagel dough recipe to create the dough for this Homemade Christmas Tree Pull-Apart Bread, and the results were amazing! So simple, delish, and made with 4 simple ingredients… whole wheat flour, Greek yogurt, baking powder, and salt.
Homemade Cocktail Sauce
This recipe for Homemade Cocktail Sauce is easy to make and tastes so much better than store-bought! It has no refined sugar or high-fructose corn syrup and is made with fresh horseradish root. Perfect for serving with shrimp cocktail.
Goat Cheese and Sun-Dried Tomato Stuffed Mushrooms
I’m a huge fan of anything that contains mushrooms, which is why these bite-size bits of goodness were the first recipe in my appetizer series last year during the holidays. The whipped goat cheese and sweet sun-dried tomatoes are the perfect complements to the savory mushrooms.
Festive Olive Wreath Holiday Appetizer
This Festive Olive Wreath is a fun and festive holiday appetizer, perfect for any size crowd. It’s easy to assemble and makes a beautiful table display. Wow your friends and family this holiday season by creating this beautiful and tasty appetizer!
Greek Chicken Souvlaki
Greek Chicken Souvlaki is a simple recipe made with chicken thighs and a fresh marinade that is packed with flavor. After soaking in the marinade, the chicken is placed on skewers and grilled.
Buffalo Cauliflower Dip
Buffalo Cauliflower Dip is a tasty way to spice up your holiday spread! This recipe is easy to put together, requires just a few healthy ingredients, and has no dairy or meat, which makes it vegetarian and vegan.
Mexican Shrimp Cocktail Endive Appetizer
This Mexican Shrimp Cocktail Endive Appetizer combines two of my faves… Pico de Gallo and shrimp cocktail. Instead of serving with chips, I changed things up by using crisp, slightly bitter endive boats as the vessel to get this deliciousness to your mouth. Get ready for an explosion of flavors!
Whether you’re hosting or attending a party, these easy healthy holiday appetizers are sure to be a hit with your friends and family.
