Since both The Super Bowl and Valentine’s Day are in a few days, I thought this was the perfect time to share this new recipe. There are so many things to love about these brownies!!! They are gooey, delicious, and ridiculously easy to make. So much better than any box mix!
Because they are gluten-free, they are the perfect dessert for parties. Your gluten-free friends and family will be especially grateful!
I made these for a few gatherings over the Christmas holidays, and they were a huge hit. My son, the very selective eater, said they are the best brownies I’ve ever made. Whenever he approves of one of my recipes, I know it’s blog-worthy. LOL!
Tammy Tips for Making Gluten-Free Flourless Brownies
Butter – You can substitute coconut oil for butter.
Chocolate Chips – My favorite chocolate chips are Enjoy Life Dark Morsels. I have found that Target and Thrive Market have the best price.
Cane Sugar – Cane sugar is GMO-free and is a little less processed than refined sugar from beets. You can also use coconut sugar in this recipe.
Arrowroot Powder – I prefer arrowroot powder over corn starch. Most arrowroot is not extracted using high heat and chemicals like corn starch.
Serving – If you want to be fancy, they are delish with homemade whipped cream and fresh raspberries.
