Ingredients

  • 1 avocado, diced
  • 1 mango, peeled and diced
  • 1 jalapeno, seeded and finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup red pepper, diced
  • 1/4 cup red onion, diced
  • 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 2 tbsp fresh lime juice (about one medium lime)
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Combine all of the ingredients in a medium bowl and gently stir. Add salt and pepper to taste.

  2. Serve as a dip with chips, or over fish, chicken, tacos, tostadas, burgers, etc.
